1. According to the procedure of treasurer servicing of the means provided in special fund of the government budget for accomplishment of the budget programs directed to projects implementation of economic and social development which is kept by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, No. 1090 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 5, 2007 "Some questions of accomplishment of the budget programs directed to projects implementation of economic and social development which is kept by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 67, the Art. 2577):
Paragraphs two and the fifth the subitem 6 of Item 3 to exclude 1);
Appendices 2 and 5 to the Procedure to exclude 2).
2. In the subitem 62 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1936; 2020, No. 10, of the Art. 378), the words "control of target use of means" shall be replaced with words "monitoring of their target use".
