1. Bring in the Procedure for registration of receipt of courts to seaport, provisions of permission to the exit of courts to the sea and registrations of exit of courts from seaport approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of June 27, 2013 No. 430, No. 1230/23762 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 23, 2013 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Item 2.2 of the Section II:

state subitem 4 in the following edition:
