Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 1997 No. 1009 "About approval of Rules of preparation of regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies and their state registration" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 33, Art. 3895; 2017, No. 32, Art. 5088; 2019, No. 38, Art. 5313; 2020, No. 19, Art. 3016).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 1997 No. 1009

1. Item 4 (to add 3) after paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:

"Approval of the project of regulatory legal act can be drawn up by letters of federal executive bodies which copies are attached to the regulatory legal act directed to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

In case of non-presentation by federal executive body of the agreed project of regulatory legal act or the letter on approval of the specified project (about availability of notes to this project) after the term provided by the paragraph the second this Item, such project is considered approved.

The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation does not perform check of compliance of edition of the regulatory legal act directed to state registration, editions of the draft of the act approved by letters of federal executive bodies.
