About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement security and control licensed activity
For the purpose of reduction of some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in compliance with the legislation:
1. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this Decree in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov.

1. To state item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 14, 2018 to No. UP-5379 "About Measures for Enhancement of System of State Security of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in the following edition:
"4. Transfer functions on issue:
certificates of the admission of license applicants on designing, construction, operation and repair of sensitive defense sites since April 1, 2018 to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
admissions to performance of works on designing, installation, adjustment, repair and maintenance of technical means of protection on especially important and categorized objects of the Republic of Uzbekistan of National guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
