1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2019 No. 229 "About approval of Rules about the minimum reserve requirements" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19679, it is published on December 3, 2019 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
in Rules about the minimum reserve requirements approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules about the minimum reserve requirements (further - Rules) are developed according to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 1995 "About National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" and determine structure of obligations of banks of the second level and branches of the nonresident banks (further - bank) accepted for calculation of the minimum reserve requirements, procedure of payments of the minimum reserve requirements, accomplishment of the minimum reserve requirements, reservation and control of accomplishment of the minimum reserve requirements.";
state appendix 4 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. To department of monetary policy (Shaymardanov Zh. N.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) together with Legal department (Kasenov A. S.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
