1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2016 No. 889 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2016 No. 253":
8, of 20, of 68, of 75, of 90, of 130, of 135, 211 and 226 to exclude Items from the list of the agricultural organizations which are subject to pre-judicial improvement, approved by this resolution;
the list of agricultural organizations concerning which holding procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) is necessary, approved by this resolution to add with Items 103-111 of the following content:
"103. Utility agricultural production unitary enterprise "Plissyagro", Beshenkovichsky district.
104. Grozovo-agro municipal agricultural unitary enterprise, Kopylsky district.
105. Utility unitary agricultural enterprise of the Vitebsk Orekhovno region, Ushachsky district.
106. Utility unitary agricultural enterprise of Chernysh of the Dokshitsky district of the Vitebsk region.
107. TARASOVO limited liability company, Minsk district.
108. Gorodoksky Flax-processing Plant open joint stock company.
109. Drogichinsky District Agroservice open joint stock company.
110. Postavsky District Agroservice open joint stock company.
111. Rossonsky Agroservice open joint stock company.";
