According to subitem 12.1 of Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2016 "About measures for financial improvement of agricultural organizations" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 253

1. Approve enclosed:

the list of the agricultural organizations which are subject to pre-judicial improvement;

the list of agricultural organizations concerning which holding procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) is necessary.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
