About modification of some Orders of the Government
Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 128/2014 about general government technological framework (MCloud) (2014, Art. No. 47-48, 145), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 13 of the following content:
"13. Competition council".
2. In the Order of the Government No. 378/2014 about approval of the Concept of the automated information system "Register of Government Assistance" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 142-146, 427) to make the following changes:
Items 2 and 3 of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. Appoint Competition council as the owner and the holder of the automated information system "Register of Government Assistance" who will provide its implementation, functioning and development.
3. Appoint public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cyber Security" as the technical administrator of the automated information system "Register of Government Assistance" who will provide its technical administration and servicing on contractual basis.";
2) in Item 13 of the Concept:
a) in the name after the text "holder" to add with the text "the technical administrator,";
b) 2) and 3) to state subitems in the following edition:
"2) the Owner and the holder of RGP is the Competition council which bears responsibility for creation and maintaining RGP, and also for accomplishment of obligations and execution of the functions established in articles 12 and 13 of the Law No. 71/2001 on registers.
"3) the RGP Technical administrator is the public organization "Service of Information Technologies and Cyber Security" which provides its technical administration and servicing."
