About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 45/5 of October 16, 2009

Based on Item g provisions) and Item i) parts (3) Articles 48, Item g) and Item h) parts (2), parts (4) Articles 49, parts (5) Article 53 of the Insurance law No. 407/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 47-49, Art. 213) National commission on the DECIDES: financial market

1. In the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 45/5 of 16.10.2009 about approval of form and content of the specialized reporting of insurance and/or reinsurance intermediaries (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 197-200, of the Art. 877) to make the following changes:

To add 1) with item 4 of the following content:

"4. Approve form and content of the Report on debts of the insurance and/or reinsurance intermediary to insurers, according to appendix No. 4.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) change concerns only the text in state language;

b) to exclude abbreviation of "L. S.";

c) add with the following text:

"Submission of the register

The register of subagents, salaried employees which function is mediation and broker assistants to the insurance and/or reinsurance intermediary is submitted to the National commission on the financial market till February 25 of the year following the accounting period, on paper and electronically (Microsoft Excel Format).

The original of the register the register on paper signed (with own hand / electronic) is considered the signature of the administrator and chief accountant of the insurance and/or reinsurance intermediary.".
