No. 229-233, 739), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Item 22 of the Sanitary regulations on radiation protection and radiation safety when performing radiation therapy approved by the Order of the Government No. 632/2011 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 147, Art. 711), to state in the following edition:
"22. Placement of rooms for performing radiation therapy or departments of radiation therapy, structure and the square which are again built, the reconstructed rooms, systems of ventilation of heating and lighting, shall conform to requirements of these Regulations and other regulating documents. The distance between departments (offices) of radiation therapy and apartment houses is established depending on type of installations, capacity/activity of sources of ionizing radiation, calculations of efficiency of the stationary protective barriers which are carried out by the authorized person, and the project of placement of rooms is approved with National agency on regulation of nuclear and radiological activities and the National agency of public health.
The arrangement of departments (offices) of remote and contact radiation therapy in apartment houses and public buildings is forbidden."
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
