About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for accomplishment of programs and implementation of centralized actions for health protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 17, 2011 No. 298 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 22, Art. 917; 2020, No. 10, Art. 373, No. 49, Art. 1543):
1) in the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the word", other goods (further - goods) and services" shall be replaced with words "and supportive applications to them (further - goods)";
Item 3-1 to exclude 2);
Item 4 to state 3) in the following edition:
"4. Use of budgetary funds for purchase of goods is performed based on the nomenclature approved by the Ministry of Health.
Order of interaction between the Ministry of Health as the main manager of budgetary funds and the receiver of budgetary funds, medico-technical requirements to goods and services which are purchase subject and also the procedure for accomplishment of programs and implementation of centralized actions for health care (further - procedure for accomplishment of programs) affirm the order of the ministry in accordance with the established procedure.";
4) in Item 5:
in the first offer of the word "prior to the corresponding budget period" shall be replaced with words "prior to budget period in which procurements will be conducted";
5) in Item 15:
in paragraph one of the word "satisfaction in full" to exclude;
replace paragraph two with paragraphs of the following content:
