1. In the paragraph the second Item 6 of Provisional regulations for society of the mutual insurance approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 1, 1997 No. 132 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 6, Art. 64; 2012, No. 24, the Art. 917) shall be replaced with words the word "Natskomfinuslug" "National Bank".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 5, 1998 No. 8 "About approval of the Standard regulations on the organization of activities of average commissioners" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, Art. 18; 2010, No. 82, Art. 2880; 2012, No. 24, Art. 917):
"Committee on cases of supervision of insurance activity" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word "National Bank";
2) in Item 2 and the subitem 4 of Item 6 of the Standard provision approved by the specified resolution the word "Natskomfinuslug" shall be replaced with words "National Bank" in the corresponding case.
