Some questions of the organization of work of the Government representative for the rights of persons with disability

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

the representative of the Government representative for the rights of persons with disability in the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administration (further - the representative of the Government representative) is appointed to position with execution of an employment agreement with the chief of staff of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administration on representation of the Government representative for the rights of persons with disability;

the size of official pay rate of the representative of the Government representative is determined according to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 20, 2016 No. 304 "About payment terms of work of officials, heads and leading employees of separate state bodies on whom operation of the Law of Ukraine "On public service" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 34, of the Art. 1327, No. 61, of Art. 2097 does not expatiate; 2020, No. 3, Art. 138);

organizational and material logistics of activities of the representative of the Government representative the relevant regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations perform.
