About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan"

Article 1. Article 48 of the Law of December 26, 2008 No. ZR-5 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) to add with part 6.2 following of content:

"6.2. The deputy mayor of Yerevan is the head (ordering) of conditional militant army consolidation. The deputy mayor performs management of conditional militant army consolidation of the city of Yerevan according to plans of preparation and application of militia.".

Article 2. To add article 68 of the Law with part 3 following of content:

"3. In the field of the organization of defense the mayor performs the following delegated power:

1) is provided by replenishment of conditional militant crews of administrative areas of the city of Yerevan by rebels from the citizens staying on the registry in the city of Yerevan on administrative areas.".

Article 3. To add article 102 of the Law with part 4 following of content:

"4. The deputy manager of the administrative area is the head (ordering) of conditional militant crew of the administrative area. Management of conditional militant crew of the administrative area is performed of the deputy manager of the administrative area according to plans of preparation and application of militia.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective right after its official publication.
