1. Bring in the List of the quarantine products (quarantine freights, quarantine materials, quarantine goods) which are subject to phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union and customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, No. approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 318, the following changes:
a) in the Section I after line item with code of 0601 CN FEA EEU to add with line item of the following content:

from 0601, from 0703, from 1209"; |
b) in the Section II to add line item with code from 2309 90 960 9 CN FEA EEU after the word "products" with the words "on organic basis".
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
