in the Rules of provision of services of mail service approved by the specified order:

Procedure for use personalized devices by operators of mail determine by rules of use of personalized devices operators of mail, information approved by the Order of the Minister and communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2016 No. 57 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14154).";
add Chapter 12 with the paragraph 5 of the following content:
"Paragraph 5. Actions in case of emergency states
186. During action in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of emergency state in case of decision making by the authorized bodies operating according to the given authority, stopping or limiting post activities, operators of mail provide provision of services of mail service with observance of the established requirements following from such decisions.
187. Operators of mail take necessary measures for provision of services of mail service and transfer of mailings during action in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of emergency state taking into account safety of life and health of the workers, and also users of services of mail service."
