About modification of some normative and legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 41, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 68 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts which establish procedure for conducting financial accounting in banks of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In heading and Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 10, 2004 No. 625 "About approval of the Instruction on the inventory bookkeeping of material values of banks of Ukraine", the word of "material values" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2004 for No. 1650/10249, to exclude.
2. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the inventory bookkeeping of material values of banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 10, 2004 No. 625, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2004 for No. 1650/10249 (with changes) which are applied.
