The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning realization by a court decision of the withdrawn or confiscated road transport specified in the subitem 6 of Item 1 of article 25 of the Federal law "About State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-containing Products and about Restriction of Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products".
2. Recognize to invalid:
subitem 5.3.5 (2) the Regulations on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 154 "About Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 9, the Art. 1119);
paragraph two of the subitem "b" of Item of 2 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2015 No. 1027 "About implementation of measures for suppression illegal productions and (or) turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 41, the Art. 5652).
