About modification and amendments in the Law "About Protection of Atmospheric Air"

Article 1. "About protection of atmospheric air" (further - the Law) to state article 14 of the Law of October 11, 1994 to No. ZR-121 in the following edition:
"Article 14. Regulation of emissions of the substances contaminating atmospheric air from stationary sources of pollution
Standard rates of maximum permissible emissions of the substances contaminating atmospheric air from stationary sources of pollution are established by the relevant document issued by authorized body (further - permission to emissions). Permission to emissions is issued, or in its issue refuses according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, within 30 days from day of the address the organizations having stationary sources of pollution. If during the term established by this Item, the authorized body does not give the answer, the document on the maximum permissible materials contaminating atmospheric air it is considered issued.".
Article 2. Part 1 of article 15 of the Law after the word "shall" be added with the words "get permission to emission of the substances contaminating atmospheric air".
Article 3. State Article 16 in the following edition:
"Article 16. Restriction, suspension or prohibition on emissions of the substances contaminating atmospheric air
Authorized bodies in the field of protection of atmospheric air in the procedure established by the legislation can limit or prohibit emission of the substances contaminating atmospheric air up to the termination of activities of separate organizations, companies, manufacture workshops and organizations, and the inspection body exercising control in the field of protection of atmospheric air can suspend activities of separate organizations, companies, manufacture workshops and organizations if activities are performed without receipt of permission according to the procedure, established by this Law, and also there was health hazard of the population.".
