About entering of amendments and changes into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 105 of the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia of November 9, 2004 (further - the Code) with part 6 of the following content:
"6. In case of warlike situation of provision of parts 1, 2 and 5 these Articles do not extend to cases of change of the place of employment of workers caused by warlike situation in state bodies, bodies of territorial administration and local self-government, the state and municipal organizations and organizations, and also in the organizations and organizations (irrespective of pattern of ownership) which turned in connection with warlike situation into management of authorized body of public administration of any sphere.".
Article 2. In article 124 of the Code:
Heading to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 124. Regulation of employment relationships in connection with transition to military service and participation in fighting on voluntary basis";
Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. During fulfillment of duties on military accounting, participations in training sessions, military trainings, military exercises or appeal on mobilization military service employment relationships with the worker are governed in the procedure established by the law.";
To add 3) with parts 3 and 4 of the following content:
"3. When implementing mobilization military service or as person which is not on military service (volunteer) with participation in fighting on defense on voluntary basis of the Republic of Armenia, and also other countries based on contracts on military mutual assistance with the Republic of Armenia or the state authorized body in the field of defense, the worker is exempted from execution of labor obligations, having kept workplace (position);
