About modification of some Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission
According to Items 8 and 17 of Article 11 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2021.

to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 20, 2020 No. 129
1. The subitem "i" of Item 1 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 10, 2018 No. 52 "About order of registration of the preliminary information about the goods assumed" to state to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union in the following edition:
"i) in case of repeated submission of the preliminary information new registration number is assigned to it. Earlier assigned registration number is considered invalid and is excluded from the data published according to the subitem "e" of this Item.".
2. Subitems "b" and "v" of Item 13 of the Procedure for use of the preliminary information presented in the form of the electronic document approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2018 No. 214, to state in the following edition:
"b) for the goods transported by road transport - the subitem "b" of Item 7 of the Procedure for submission of the preliminary information on the goods assumed to import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by road transport;
