Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2014 No. 1222 "About approval of Rules of provision of dwellings to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 71, the Art. 651) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of provision of the dwellings to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation approved by the specified resolution:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions";
add Item 1 with part two of the following content:
"In case of refusal of the dwelling provided from the state housing stock to the citizens who were left without dwelling as a result of emergency situation expenses on independent implementation of individual housing construction according to standard projects are refunded.";
add Item 3 with subitems 4-1), 4-2), 4-3), 4-4) and 4-5) of the following content:
"4-1) expense recovery to citizens on implementation of individual housing construction – lump money payment to the citizens who are independently performing individual housing construction according to standard projects instead of the dwelling destroyed as a result of emergency situation;
