Article 20.30 to state 2) in the following edition:

"Article 20.30. Violation of requirements of safety and anti-terrorist security of objects of fuel and energy complex

1. Violation of requirements of safety and anti-terrorist security of the objects of fuel and energy complex carried to objects of low category of danger, or hindrance to observance of the specified requirements by legal entities, officials, including heads of the subject of fuel and energy complex, or citizens if these actions (failure to act) do not contain signs of penal act, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from three thousand to five thousand rubles; on officials - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of six months up to one year; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.

2. Making of the administrative offense provided by part of 1 this Article concerning the objects of fuel and energy complex carried to objects of high or average category of danger if these actions (failure to act) do not contain signs of penal act, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on officials - from fifty thousand to seventy thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of one year up to three years; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
