1. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to draft, in case of need, the relevant acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and to submit them in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time.
