1. "About rates for the electrical energy made from unrenewable energy resources, fuel oil" to state subitem 3.2 of Item 3 of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2019 to No. 92 in the following edition:
"3.2. to the rates for electrical energy established according to Items 1 and 2 of this resolution and subitem 3.1 of this Item, for quantity delivered for sales objectives in power network of the power supplying organizations of electrical energy coefficients in the following sizes are subject to application:
3.2.1. in case of accomplishment of summary daily hourly schedules of development by the block station of electrical energy (further - schedules of development of electrical energy):
for total block stations installed capacity to 1 MW working on:
natural gas and fuel oil: at night minimum demands of power supply system (from 23:00 to 6.00) - 0,85, in hours of daily maxima of loading of power supply system (from 8:00 till 11:00 and from 18:00 to 21.00) - 1,15, in the rest of the time of days - 1,0;
the unrenewable energy resources (including associated gas and products of its conversion) except for using natural gas: in hours of daily maxima of loading of power supply system (from 8:00 till 11:00 and from 18:00 to 21.00) - 1,15, in the rest of the time of days - 1,0;
