About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to Articles 231, 232 heads 35, to Articles 246, of the 247th Chapter 39, Article 257 of Chapter 40, Article 335 of Chapter 49, ORDER to Chapter 58 of the Customs code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine which are attached.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
