About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735; 2020, No. 26, the Art. 965), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2020 No. 782
1. §14 to exclude Item 6.
2. Add Section 15 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. According to the decision of the Prime Minister in cabinet meeting the cabinet minister can take part in the video conference mode according to the procedure set by Items 4, 7 - 9 §26-1 these Regulations.".
3. §24 to add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"If according to the decision of the Prime Minister in cabinet meeting the cabinet minister took part in the video conference mode, the relevant information is specified in the minutes.".
4. Add Regulations §26-1 the following content:
"§26-1. Online cabinet meeting
1. The Prime Minister can make the decision on holding cabinet meeting in the video conference mode with use of the corresponding software, in particular, via the Internet (further - online cabinet meeting). Cabinet ministers, and also other persons determined by the Prime Minister participate in online cabinet meeting.
