1. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for implementation of measures for reproduction of water live resources in internal reservoirs and the Azovo-Chernomorsky pool approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2007 No. 337 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 16, Art. 619; 2011, No. 11, Art. 486; 2020, No. 2, Art. 62):
1) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "Minekoenergo according to the "Reproduction of Water Live Resources in Internal Reservoirs and the Azovo-Chernomorsky Pool" program shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment of the "Selection in Fishery and Reproduction of Water Bioresources in Internal Reservoirs and the Azovo-Chernomorsky Pool" program for reproduction of water bioresources in internal reservoirs and the Azovo-Chernomorsky pool";
The word of Minekoenergo to replace 2) in the text of the Procedure with the word "Ministry of the Environment".
2. According to the procedure of use of the means provided in the government budget for carrying out selection in the fishery approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2007 No. 352 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 16, Art. 624; 2011, No. 11, Art. 486; 2020, No. 2, Art. 62):
