About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of rendering the state support in agro-industrial complex I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 No. 347 "About the state agrarian policy" the following changes:

1.1. add Item 9 with subitem 9.7 of the following content:

"9.7. in case of creation of settlement indicators by the Ministry of Finance according to consolidated budgets of areas for the next financial year distribution between such budgets of the means which are subject to the direction from local budgets on financing of expenses within state programs in agro-industrial complex on development of agricultural industry and fishing activities is performed in the amount of:

50 percent - in proportion to the area of farmlands of agricultural purpose of the respective area taking into account their cadastral assessment for January 1 of the current year;

50 percent - in proportion to proceeds from sales of products, goods, works, services in the types of economic activity relating to agricultural industry * taking into account increase in such revenue by 10 percent in districts of the respective area which are carried to adverse for production of agricultural products, for the previous calendar year.

* For the purposes of this Decree the types of economic activity relating to agricultural industry are understood as types of activity which concern to groups 011-016 of the nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus of OKRB 005-2011 "Types of economic activity" approved by the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2011 No. 85.";
