1. Approve Changes in some resolutions of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2020, except the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the Changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2021, and the subitem 2 of Item 1 of the Changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since October 1, 2020, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its promulgation on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.
