About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 5, Art. 31; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of January 14, 2020 No. 436-IX of January 16, 2020 No. 468-IX, of March 17, 2020 No. 530-IX, of March 30, 2020 No. 548-IX, of April 13, 2020 No. 553-IX, of June 18, 2020 No. 726-IX, of July 3, 2020 No. 746-IX and No. 751-IX, of July 13, 2020 No. 757-IX and of July 14, 2020 No. 769-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "978.175.714,2" and "857.749.850" respectively with figures "978.717.052" and "858.291.187,8";

in paragraph three of figure "1.268.765.762,5" and "1.137.421.048,3" to replace respectively with figures "1.269.307.100,3" and "1.137.962.386,1".

2. In Article 8:

add paragraph two with words and figures "since September 1 - 5000 hryvnias";

the paragraph third to add with words and figures "since September 1 - 29, 2 hryvnias".

3. Make changes to appendices No. 1, No. 3, No. 5 and No. 6 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" according to appendices No. No. 1 - 4 to this Law.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine since September 1, 2020 increase in the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) in the worker of 1 job grade of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients of compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere for ensuring preserving ratio between the sizes of official pay rate of the worker of 1 job grade of this Single scale of charges and minimum wage.
