The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for the state control (supervision) of observance by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy and capacity of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
2. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for the state control (supervision) of observance by subjects wholesale and the retail markets of electrical energy and capacity of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
