About change of the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2016 No. 2
Based on subitem 3.4 of Item 3, of parts one and third Item 41, of the paragraph of the fourth of part one of Item 48 of the Rules of electric utility service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2011 No. 1394, the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2016 No. 2 "About some questions of survey of electroinstallations" the following changes:
in the name of the word "some questions" to replace with the word "procedure";
in the Instruction about procedure body of the state energy and gas supervision of survey of electroinstallations for determination of the possibility of their commissioning approved by this resolution:
in paragraph three of item 4 of the word "which are operated by special rules" shall be replaced with words "concerning which the state energy and gas supervision is not exercised";
in Item 7:
in paragraph one "body" shall be replaced with words the word "representatives of body";
add subitem 7.1 with words ", including data on the organization of operation of electroinstallations in form according to appendix 1";
"technical" to add subitem 7.2.1 after the word with the words "and executive";
in Item 14 of the word "in paragraphs second and third" shall be replaced with words "in paragraph six";
exclude Item 15;
in Item 16:
in paragraph one of part one of the word "and connected to power network of the power supplying organization" shall be replaced with words ", and also the electroinstallations which are turned off from power network for cause of the fire, accident, technological violations";
