1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 24, 2012 No. 748 the following changes:

in the Regulations of bill works of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 26 in the following edition:

"30. Preparation by the Government of drafts of the conclusions, amendments to bills and withdrawals of bills is performed according to the procedure, established by the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" and Regulations of the Government.";

- recognize Items 31-38 invalid;

- state Item 39 in the following edition:

"39. Information support of bill activities is performed by means of creation of the electronic database about the bill activities of the Government created on the basis of information on accomplishment of interdepartmental plans of bill works provided by the ministries and departments according to Item 19 of these Regulations.";
