Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection and use of historical and cultural heritage" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 1, the Art. 16) the following changes:

"Article 39. Responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on protection and use of historical and cultural heritage
The state bodies, local government bodies, legal entities and physical persons guilty of failure to carry out of rules of protection, use, accounting and restoration of objects of historical and cultural heritage, violation of the mode of their protection, and also about protection and use of historical and cultural heritage bear responsibility for other violations of the law of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the procedure, provided by the civil, penal legislation and the legislation on violations, offenses.";
The Law to add 2) with Article 39-1 of the following content:
"Article 39-1. Compensation of the harm done to objects of historical and cultural heritage or their conservation zone
The legal entities and physical persons which did harm to object of historical and cultural heritage or its conservation zone shall recover object or its conservation zone, and in case of impossibility of they are to pay the caused damages according to the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Recovery of object or its conservation zone is performed with observance of established procedure of restoration of objects of historical and cultural heritage.
Officials and other workers because of whom the company, the organizations, organizations incurred the expenses connected with indemnification, specified in part one of this Article bear financial responsibility according to the procedure, provided by the labor and civil law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
