1. In paragraph one of item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 1996 No. 1268 "About creation of the National atomic power generation company "Energoatom" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2001 No. 987 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 33, the Art. 1531), of April 29, 2004 No. 543 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 17, the Art. 1178), of March 7, 2012 No. 211 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 22, the Art. 831), of October 8, 2014 No. 522 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 82, the Art. 2334) and of August 14, 2019 No. 748 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 68, the Art. 2359), words "Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry" shall be replaced with words "Department of Energy".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 1997 No. 939 "About approval of the Procedure for liquidation of the unprofitable coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 35, Art. 103; 2002, No. 28, Art. 1317; 2007, No. 41, Art. 1617; 2013, No. 51, Art. 1840, No. 65, Art. 2357):
1) in Item 2 of the resolution:
in paragraph one of the word of "Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry" shall be replaced with words "Energy ministries";
in the paragraph the second to "Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry" shall be replaced with words words to "Department of Energy";
