About modification of the Regulations on procedure for making of notarial actions in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine
According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 2016 No. 281 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of the term "person with disability" and derivative of it" we ORDER:
1. In Chapter 3 of the Regulations on procedure for the making of notarial actions in diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of December 27, 2004 No. 142/5/310, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 27, 2004 for No. 1649/10248:
1) in subitem 3.3.5 of Item 3.3:
to "disabled people" shall be replaced with words the word to "persons with disability";
words and figures" (The procedure for providing disabled people with cars approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.09.97 No. 999 (with changes)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "(The procedure for providing persons with disability cars approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2006 No. 999) (with changes)";
In paragraph three of subitem 3.9.4 of Item 3.9 the word "disabled person" shall be replaced with words 2) "person with disability".
