About modification of the Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About education" and "About the state fee"

Article 1

1.1. in Article 9.3 of the word "service on accreditation" shall be replaced with words "the body (organization) established by relevant organ of the executive authority";

1.2. in Article 16.3 to add with the third offer of the following content:

1.4. in Article 17.4 to add with the second offer of the following content:

"The service fee in the amount of, determined by body (organization) established by relevant organ of the executive authority is paid for the services provided in connection with assessment and recognition of knowledge, abilities, competences and experience acquired by means of informal and informalny forms of professional education and other services which list is determined by relevant organ (organization) of the executive authority.";
