1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 17, 2015 No. 178 "About approval of Rules of running an electronic auction selling property of the bankrupt and determination of his organizer" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10753, it is published on July 28, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:
in the Rules of running an electronic auction selling property of the bankrupt approved by the specified order:
exclude Item 9;
state Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. When scheduling sale the starting price of objects of sale is established by the seller at the level of book value or seventy five percent from estimated value.
Receivables are offered for electronic auction at the starting price in the amount of its nominal rate.";
exclude Item 13;
state Items 14 and 15 in the following edition:
"14. In case of repeated exposure of property to electronic auction the seller with the consent of creditor committee lowers the starting price of lot no more than for twenty five percent from the original starting price. Decrease in the original starting price is allowed once.
15. In case of establishment of the starting price of object at the level of seventy five percent from estimated value, involvement of the appraiser by the seller is made on competitive basis by method of request of price offers with publication of the information message on carrying out tender on purchase of services according to property of the debtor in form according to appendix 3 to these rules in the Kazakh and Russian languages on Internet resource of authorized body.
