About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Defense"

Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of November 15, 2017 No. ZR-196 "About defense" (further - the Law):

1) in part 1:

. declare Item 9 invalid;

to exclude from Item 10 of the word "production and" century;

2) from the subitem "g" of Item 6 parts 2 words of "military industrial complex" to exclude, and in the same subitem to replace the word "programs" with the word "program".

Article 2. In article 17 of the Law:

6 parts 2 words of "the state program of development of military industrial complex" to exclude 1) from the subitem "an" of Item;

Part 3 to add 2) with Item 8.1 of the following content:

"8. Will organize 1) and directs inventive and innovative works in armed forces;".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
