About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Items b) and e) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, and parts (1) and (7) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 160-164, the Art. 537), with subsequent changes, the Government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 150/2010 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Moldsilva Agency, structure and the extreme number of staff of its central office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 33, of the Art. 204), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution the text of "20 units" to replace with the text "39 units (including service personnel)";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text of the word "deputy director" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "deputy directors" in the corresponding grammatical form;

b) in Item 9:

- 3) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"3) determines priority spheres of activity and participates in strategic planning process and developments of the program documents concerning steady management of forest fund and national hunting fund;

- 6) to add the subitem with the words "with the international organizations in the field of forestry and hunting";

- 15) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"15) provides protection and territorial integrity of the managed forest and hunting fund";

- add with subitems 44-1) - 44-11) following of content:

"44-1) develops and coordinates with body of the central public management, authorized to protect the environment and natural resources, approval of mid-term and annual plans of management of national hunting funds;
