About modification and amendments in the Law "About State Regulation of Ensuring Technical Safety"

Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of October 24, 2005 No. ZR-204 "About state regulation of technical safety" (further - the Law):

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word of "authorized body" "the inspection body exercising control in the field of ensuring technical safety (further - inspection body)";

2) words "authorized body" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "inspection body".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 16 of the Law with the Item "d" of the following content:

"e) inspection body.".

Article 3. To recognize the Items, "y", "k", "n" and "p" of part 1 of article 17 of the Law invalid.

Article 4. Add the law with Article 17.1 of the following content:

"Article 17.1. Competence of inspection body

1. Enters competence of inspection body:

1) making instruction, stipulated in Article 15 these Laws;

2) implementation of administrative production in the field of ensuring technical safety;

3) application of measures of responsibility, stipulated in Clause 21 this Law;

4) other powers established by the law.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
