About introduction of amendments to article 14 of the Insurance law from labor accidents and occupational diseases No. 756/1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In Article 14 of the Insurance law from labor accidents and occupational diseases No. 756/1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 31-33, 192), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"(2) the Size of the temporary disability benefit paid from budget funds of the national social insurance constitutes 100 percent of the basis for calculation of benefits of social insurance established according to article 7 of the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289/2004.";

"(3) Temporary disability benefit is paid in 20 calendar days estimated from the date of temporary disability by the employer who had labor accident or occupational disease, from own means was revealed, and from the 21st calendar day - National cash desk of social insurance from means of the government budget of social insurance.";
