According to provision of article 24-4 of the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, according to Item 25 the subitem d) 2 Provisions on rules of the goods origin approved by the Order of the Government No. 1599/2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, to No. 174-176/1755), with subsequent changes and amendments, with provision of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000, with subsequent changes and amendments, and also according to Items 7, 8 Regulations on the organization and functioning of Customs Service, approved by the Order of the Government No. 4/2007, with subsequent changes and amendments, ORDER:
1. Column 44 - "MENTIUNI SPECIALE; DOCUMENTE ANEXATE/CERTIFICATE SI AUTORIZATII" appendices No. 1, Section III, item. "And", to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009, to add with the following text:
"In case of issue of the certificate of movement of goods EUR.1 or creation of the declaration on origin for export to the country of CEFTA using complete cumulation and/or compensation of customs duties the code of the declaration of the supplier / shall be specified to the long-term declaration of the supplier according to appendix 14 to these Technical rules and through fraction - date of its creation, with structure dd/mm/gggg".
