2. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
