1. Recognize invalid the acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state forest supervision (forest protection), federal state fire supervision in the woods and the state supervision in the field of seed farming concerning seeds of forest plants, according to the list according to appendix No. 1.
2. Repeal the acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for control when implementing federal state forest supervision (forest protection), federal state fire supervision in the woods and the state supervision in the field of seed farming concerning seeds of forest plants, according to the list according to appendix No. 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
