According to the procedure and the referrals of use of means got as a result of transfer of the technologies created at the expense of the means of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2013 No. 300 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 33, Art. 1161; 2015, No. 80, Art. 2666):
1) in Item 2:
state subitem 1 in the following edition:
"1) development of innovative activities and transfer of technologies of such organization developer, namely:
carrying out patent, patent and tactical, marketing researches;
carrying out technological and economic audit, evaluating scientific and technical level of technologies and/or their components as object of commercialization;
ensuring access to search databases on patent, licensed and economic information;
implementation of actions for patenting, in particular, foreign patenting, and also ensuring legal protection of technologies and/or their components in Ukraine and abroad;
preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists in questions of intellectual property and transfer of technologies, and also ensuring participation of employees to which functional duties the transfer of technologies and/or their components, in trainings and seminars on these questions belongs;
