About recognition voided resolutions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus

1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2015 No. 6 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling of form of information on accomplishment by producers and suppliers in the accounting period of obligation on ensuring collection, neutralization and (or) use of waste of goods and waste of packaging";
the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of September 18, 2015 No. 24 "About approval of the Instruction about evaluation procedure of reliability of the data represented by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for receipt of compensation for expenses on collection of waste of goods and waste of packaging, expenses on collection of multiturnover glass packaging";
the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2015 No. 27 "About modification of the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2015 No. 6";
the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of December 26, 2017 No. 16 "About entering of amendment into the resolution of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus of September 18, 2015 No. 24".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
