About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning legal status of compatriots with foreign citizenship

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:
in Article 37:
Article to add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. If heir of agricultural holdings is the foreign citizen who received the status of the compatriot with foreign citizenship, it shall within ten years from the moment of emergence of the right to the parcel of land make its alienation to the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
Article to add 2) with item 4 of the following content:
"4. In cases when the parcel of land is not aloof in the terms specified in Item 2-1 of this Article, its alienation is made according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2 Articles 283 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 68) the following changes:

"Article 1. Subject of regulation of this Law
This Law determines basic rights, freedoms and obligations of foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the foreign citizens who received the status of the compatriot with foreign citizenship establishes conditions and procedure for assignment and termination of such status.";

"Article 1-1. Foreign citizens in the Kyrgyz Republic
