About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Physical Culture and Sport in the Russian Federation" and articles 3 and 22.1 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation

d) in part 4 after the words "Arbitral Agreement" to add with words ", except for the arbitral agreement on consideration of individual employment disputes,", shall be replaced with words the words "if it is included in" "if it is included in regulations,", "the regulations establishing" shall be replaced with words words ", other organizers of sporting events and establishing", to add with the offer of the following content: "The arbitral devolution agreement in arbitration (arbitration) of individual employment disputes of athletes, trainers in professional sport and elite sport consists in type of the free standing agreement in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about arbitration (arbitration) and taking into account the features provided by the labor law.";
